EDI Module/Stack for Water Treatment Original Ultrapure Water with RO System
Industrial electrodeionization membrane stack uses continuous electrodeionization technology to produce high-purity water
Product Description
Product Description
Industrial electrodeionization membrane stack uses continuous electrodeionization technology to produce high-purity water, which can produce high-purity water with stable quality extremely reliably without interrupting operation due to regeneration. The membrane stack can be used in the power, electronics, food and beverage industries and laboratories.
Feature
● Double O-ring seal guarantees leak-free operation
● Generate mixed-bed quality deionized water without the use of chemicals
● Continuous production instead of batch, with consistent quality
● No need for acid/caustic, neutralization system or exchangable DI tanks
● Superior electrical isolation
● 100 psi (7 bar), 113˚F (45˚C) continuous operation
Operating Environment
Installation should be indoors with no direct sunlight and should have a maximum ambient om temperature of 113°F (45℃).
Quality Assurance Standards
CE marked. Each module is factory tested to meet strict industry standards and is manufact- ured in an ISO 9001 and ISO 2000 quality and environmental management system.

FAQ
Q: If the environment is a two-stage RO, if the EDI product water quality deteriorates, what should be checked?
A:Chlorine gas/residual chlorine may enter the EDI system, causing the ionic resin to be oxidized and the quality of the product water to decrease
Suggestion:Use residual chlorine meter or ORP meter for influent water quality monitoring, residual chlorine value is less than 0.02ppm or ORP is less than 150mV
Main dechlorination methods: Granular activated carbon (most reliable); Reducing agent (most economical)
Q: What should we check if the voltage is too high or too low during the first operation?
A: Generally, this situation will not happen, constant current 2-3A automatic adjustment
Q: Can high temperature water disinfection function?
A: EDI modules that can only provide measurement of water not exceeding 65 degrees; 85 degrees high temperature EDI modules will be launched at the end of this year
Q: The customer's on-site power supply is DC24V or AC110V or AC220V. Can EDI be directly connected to the power supply?
A: DC 0-400V adjustable, 0-6A adjustable, generally use constant flow or constant pressure.
Q: What are EDI consumables? Are there any parts that need to be replaced?
A: No
Q: How long is the warranty and maintenance?
A: 3-year
